The trouble for m My current truck's frame has cracked several times and I had it welded. This time I knew I needed to get something else on the road. The trouble for me was lack of time. I had just a small window of opportunity to look, shop, and purchase. But I didn't want to feel rushed or make a bad decision. I had no time to drive around and wanted to find at least a couple vehicles to look at int one place. So I surfed the net for an entire weekend and found what I thought to be the best 2 deals in one location, Romeo Kia of Kingston. I called them first thing Monday afternoon and right from the start everyone I spoke with was courteous, helpful, and in absolutely no hurry. It really made me feel relaxed. They took all my information down over the phone and gave me an appointment for the next night. They said if I like the vehicle they will have all the paper work ready so I can drive away with it. Unfortunately one of the 2 trucks I was interested in was sold the day before I got down there. But I did like the truck they still had and found it to be a great deal for a used vehicle. So they took care of everything right then and within a short time I was actually driving home with my new truck. Did you get that? I spoke to the people at Romeo Kia of Kingston once on the phone, next day went down there (once!) and drove home with my new truck!!!! That, to me, is AMAZING!!! Eddie Torres is the salesman who handled my deal and he was just great. Not pushy but a real down-to-earth, honest guy. It was at the end of a long day (for all of us) and he made sure I was ok with everything about the truck and the deal. He even ordered in pizza and shared it. But it was not just Eddie alone and I am sure he would be quick to agree with all the mutual support they give each other down there. They really do work as a team and that is important in business. But it is much more than that down at Romeo Kia of Kingston. They are like a family and are very good at helping everyone who walks in the door feel like a welcome part of that family. I am glad I found such a great auto dealership and I am sure I will be doing business with them for many years to come. Thank you Eddie, and thank you everyone at Romeo Kia of Kingston for helping me find a great truck in such a very short time with very little effort on my part. You guys did it all!!!! More

Customer service experience was unmatched. We were greeted by the manager and quickly shook hands with most of the staff. Sales consultant Cesar Infante genuinely listened, & was able to show relevant options in short time on the hottest day of the year. Despite shopping end of month, and having two separate criteria for a vehicle, Cesar & George in finance were able to stay grounded and make adjustments on the move. Dependable associates with real advice, and treated like long term customers from the door. Highly recommend the Optima. He demonstrated excellent product knowledge and williningness to assist in making the buying experience a simple one. I would have to say that I am disappointed with the customer service received from Romeo Kia management. The Sales Manager Phil Roeber attempted to low ball my trade by offering $2500 for a vehicle with a $4000 rough trade according to NADA. My 2002 Ford F150 4x4 with 70k mile was in average to excellent condition yet I was only seeking average trade value for my trade. After the purchase of the unit I was interested I explained that the font end had serious play in it. Romeo Kia refused to admit that there was any problem with the front end. The dealerships position was that they had to put $3000 of brake work into the truck in order to get it to pass inspection and make delivery. They had taken all of the profit out of the truck with this repair and were not looking to lose anymore money. However, in an attempt to pacify me Lucia Romeo authorized the truck to be brought over to the Romeo GMC dealership to have the truck aligned. The technician who did the alignment indicated that the truck was in alignment. The truck when delivered had no jack, a rear brake light out, excessive play in the steering, and dash lights. The truck was equipped with a Boss plow which was missing plow skids. It seems that Romeo Kia is only interested in delivering vehicles not in customer satisfaction rating. I have been in the car business for over 20 years and have only seen this type of poor customer service from here today, gone tomorrow operations. I would never buy another vehicle from Romeo Kia or Chevrolet/GMC or recommend them to my worst enemy. More

Best Experience I had a great experience at Romeo Kia. Eddie was extremely helpful and patient in helping me look for a car. I went in looking for a used car because I thought that was all that was in my budget but I was able to leave with a brand new 2015 Kia with a great warranty thanks to his help. I would recommend any of my friends and family to go to Romeo Kia and especially to work with Eddie. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and my purchase! More
