GREAT SALES & FINANCE SERVICE......QUICK WITH NO PRESSURE I stopped in just to look at the Kia Souls and Bill Martini the salesman greeted me. I told him I know what I was interested in and he said when I fi I stopped in just to look at the Kia Souls and Bill Martini the salesman greeted me. I told him I know what I was interested in and he said when I find one I want to drive, let him know. I found what I wanted to test drive and we went on drive, he explained features of car while driving. Also, my friends that were with me, wanted a soft serve ice cream and Bill took us to place and treated. I picked car I wanted and was done with whole process and out the door with my new 2016 Kia Soul within 3.5 hours. The finance dept offered extended warranties and such which is their job and I told him I am not interested in anything more and he said okay and finished up the sale....no further pressure to buy anything additional....I love the car. It's been a week since I made purchase and Bill has called and messages me 4 times to make sure all is well. Generally, once the sale is over , you never hear from salesman again. So, I give Romeo Kia, 5 out of 5 stars. More

Good experience and a good deal I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Soul+ from Romeo Kia. I got a good deal as it was the end of the month and they’d had this car on the lot for a while. One thing I like about this dealer is that they are located next to the NY Thruway, so you can test drive cars at highway speeds with little traffic. I came up from NJ to buy a car from them; the dealer fees are much much lower than they are in NJ. Eddie Torres was my sales person. He was very pleasant to deal with, no pressure, and was happy to find me a little section of off-road to test the car on when I asked. Eddie did everything we agreed on and followed up to make sure I was totally happy with the car. He gave me his cell number and responded very quickly to texts, even after the sale. Staff in general is very friendly. More
