I originally purchased my rio there and i had a wonderful experience at the time for the purchase back on 6/28/2012. I came that day because i had been having issues with it {check engine],i first visited my local kia dealer Dutchess kia [please dont ever go there, they were rude and extremely inconvenient ] i decided to go back to my home shop for better service. Upon going Pj the mechanic supervisor assured me that things will be taken care the correct way. While waiting I looked over at the show room and i saw the car of my dreams at least in the kia world which is the Kia Soul. I was partnered up with Danielle Marshall, a wonderful consultant and all around great person. We got to talking and by the end of my experience I traded my Rio [ which PJ checked out for me and just said that my rio needed some electronic update and new tires. Pjs is an excellent employee as well if you have an issue with your car see him he is fantastic ] for a brand new 2015 kia soul. its been a month with my car and i absolutley love it. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle head on up to Romeo Kia in Kingston and ask for Danielle and tell her i sent you :) I also wanted to quickly add that I could not take the car home that night but Danielle drove my new car to my job the next day which is about 45 minutes away. Which is to me the best customer service I had ever experienced . More
Completely impressed!!! I was very skeptical to go to another car dealer. I currently was working with Nissan of Kingston and they screwed me bad. I needed a new vehicle though so I took my chances and I went to Romeo Kia in Kingston and I had no money to put down and no hope that I was going to get any good service. I was WRONG!!! absolutely wrong. I walked in the door at Kia and immediately welcomed. I walked out with a dream car and my payments are just right thanks to the great representative Cesear I That I worked with. He was amazing and took time out of his work day to introduce me to the whole Kia team and show me all my features of my brand new car. Thank you Cesear and a big thank you to all of the employees at Romeo Kia that made this experience worht my while. There is hope out there and it starts at Romeo Kia. More
Totally Impressed by Everyone at Romeo Kia in Kingston!! I haven't dealt with a car dealership in 30 years. I had my guard up. I was beyond surprised by the amazing service and style of the business approach I haven't dealt with a car dealership in 30 years. I had my guard up. I was beyond surprised by the amazing service and style of the business approach at Romeo Kia of Kingston. As I was buying a certified pre-owned vehicle, I wanted my mechanic to look it over. George Segarra, the business manager, made it happen, no problem. He saw that I needed that peace of mind. I will never forget that. Cesar, the sales rep who showed me the car, also earned my admiration. I've been driving my "new" car for 2 weeks. When I see the Romeo Kia license plate frame on my car, I smile. That's why I had to write this review. More
5-Star Service and Experience at Romeo Kia of Kinston, NY! Sales Representative Mr. Joe Mazziotto and Finance and Insurance Manager Mr. George Segarra at Romeo Kia in Kingston, NY, worked diligently to earn my Sales Representative Mr. Joe Mazziotto and Finance and Insurance Manager Mr. George Segarra at Romeo Kia in Kingston, NY, worked diligently to earn my business: Mr. Mazziotto searched tirelessly for a 2016 Kia Rio with a 6 speed manual transmission and black interior. He offered me a test-drive and showed me every feature of the vehicle. I was sold! We negotiated a fair price, and then Mr. Mazziotto introduced me to Mr. Segarra. Mr. Segarra not once used high pressure sales tactics. Mr. Segarra explained the extended warranties in depth but left the final decisions with me--as it should be. Before signing the final paperwork, Mr. Segarra encouraged me to inspect the Rio again. He assured me that they would correct any issues now and in the future. However, there were no issues to be corrected as Romeo Kia delivered my vehicle in pristine condition. Would I conduct business with Romeo Kia again? Absolutely! Even after I took delivery of the Rio, Mr. Mazziotto offered to set-up another appointment to review the features of the vehicle. He even advised when my first oil change is due. Both Mr. Mazziotto and Mr. Segarra contacted me to ensure that I arrived home safely with my new Rio as I traveled from NJ to NY to purchase it. More

He said to me that he had a great car for me which would be a good fit. He was right! I've had it a week and it drives very well. I love it. When I went to pick up the car, Cesar gave me a fantastic tutorial on the various options in the car as well as setting up my pairing my phone with the car's bluetooth. He is such a great dealer.
