Certified Pre Owned a great way to go! We were looking for a hatchback and were also considering the Nissan Versa, Ford Fiesta, and Chevy Sonic. We went over to Romeo to check out the Souls, originally intending on buying new. (I had seen them before, Romeo is a customer of my employer, Coffee System of the Hudson Valley. We have office coffee and vending machines at Romeo) We saw this one, a Certified Pre-owned 2014 Soul+, decent milage and priced right for us. Eddie Torres met us in the lot and was very helpful, not the least bit pushy. The test drive proved this would be a good choice, and Eddie and the Romeo team got us through the purchase smoothly. A shout out to the credit department for seeing we have accounts at a credit union and working with them to get us a good rate. As for the car itself, I am very happy with it. It may be a 2014, but it looks and feels showroom new. Dollar for dollar, given the price, package, and remaining warranty, it was a better deal for us than a new Ford or Chevy would have been. Would I go to Romeo again? In a heartbeat. More

Finally found my dream car. I have been shopping around local dealerships for over 8 months and it has been the worst experience ever. I went in to Kia a bit jaded and my guard up due to these experiences (sorry guys!) As a young woman, the last thing I want is to be taken advantage of. Romeo Kia is NOTHING like the other dealerships!! Can you believe that they actually listened to me and my expectations of the car I wanted to invest in??? The car is not only the car of my dreams, but they didn't waste my time with unnecessary crap to upsell me! They didn't ask me to test drive a car based on color like Nissan did, nor did they show me the value of the radio like Honda; they showed me the value of the car in itself and why the vehicle as a whole was reliable and dependable, and AFFORDABLE! Thank you for treating me with such respect!!! The entire process took only 2 hours because of Cesar's ability to listen to his customer. I didn't even tell him about my experience at other dealerships. If you work more than 10 hours a day 5-6 days a week, then you can relate to how your heart sinks a little when a salesperson wastes your time with the "we can also offer you (insert unnecessary upsell that has nothing to do with you or your daily life here)." Not at Romeo Kia, and not with Cesar or George!!! Cesar and the rest of the staff at Romeo not only met my expectations but they exceeded them!!! First time in my life that I spent over $18k and a week later I'm still walking on air! I honestly can't thank them enough for my car and making it such a smooth and easy experience!!! More

I went into the office and was intruded to Ceasar Infante. I explained that I was just looking and wanted to know the mileage. One thing led to another and before I knew it we were in the car for a test drive. I fell in love with the car and it was 2 days before Christmas!!!
