Even though they didn't have the exact car on the lot, He got us a test drive in the closest version they had. He was very accommodating, and not pushy at all. He found the car we wanted that same day from a different dealership far away, and even waved the fee to have it shipped to Romeo Kia for us. The car came just a few days later, and he took time to help us navigate through all the features the car came with. All in all he has the most friendly attitude, and you an tell that he really cares, not just about getting you your car, but about your whole experience, even when the whole car buying ordeal is over. If there were a way to rate him more than five stars I would. More

When it was finally time to buy, I went in and was introduced to John Grant, my sales associate. He was very friendly and put me at ease. After informing him as to the car I wanted, he said they would let me know when one came in like that. Much to my surprise, he called me a short time later and informed me that they had found one! A week later I was driving my beautiful car! When we took it for a test run, John answered any questions I had or found out for me. I found him to be very sincerely concerned for my needs and was never pushy. Since purchasing my car, John has followed up with me and is always available. George was the gentleman who closed the deal. I also found him to be friendly. He took his time when explaining all the paperwork.
