He did what he had to do and got this car for me to see, and by the following week I was driving it! The transaction was seamless, the negotiations for price went well. Good advice, good service was given by Mitch and Caesar and then by amazingly knowledgeable, helpful and kind Joe Maziotto. I test drove two cars and the decision was easy for a 2013 KIa Soul. I feel totally reassured that I made the right decision with the help of Joe's excellent knowledge and recommendation. Later I learnt that a colleague at work is very happy with her Kia Soul. Joe was extraordinary in every respect and I can only recommend him. My best friend in Canada also has a Kia vehicle - a Kia Sportage. Many thanks for the excellent service, Joe Maziotto. That White, Standard , Kia Soul I stopped in one day just to get a good look at a Soul and test drove a 2013 model. Lo and behold just when I kept my appointment to discuss the possibility of leasing, that very car showed up as a 2016 in the showroom. In the end I bought that new car, that fit my description, and for a decent price, I also got a warranty to put my worries in park. I'm happy I did. Coincidence? Well Done Romeo Kia!!! I found the used 2014 Sorento online and began the sales process... the dealership was very responsive right from the get go. Then when I did come t I found the used 2014 Sorento online and began the sales process... the dealership was very responsive right from the get go. Then when I did come to the dealership to look at the car I was introduced to Chris and Joe. Joe Mazziotto ended up being our primary salesman and did a fine job. He took his time to show the vehicle amenities and spent the necessary time for me to understand the vehicle. I was pressed for time during my first visit and he did not try to push me into a sale I was not ready to make. Being in the sales industry (aircraft not cars) I am familiar with the sales process and it was a pleasure working with someone that was not trying to sell me something I did not want... it wasn't just a #'s game for Joe... he took the time to be sure we had everything we needed to make a sound decision. There were a couple "hiccups" during the process which is to be expected.. but Joe and Romeo Kia did work thru things and in the end, we were able to come to an agreement on price and etc... The sales process took about a week but I am not an impulse buyer and tend to take my time on purchases of this nature. The delivery process was good too... my wife joined me to pick up the vehicle and she too was happy with the experience. Well done Joe and Romeo Kia.... there are good dealerships out there and Romeo Kia is one of them. Thank you. More
