Don't waste your time or be fooled! My family and I have been going to Romeo Kia for the last 6 years. In total we have purchased 4 vehicles from their staff which has drastically change My family and I have been going to Romeo Kia for the last 6 years. In total we have purchased 4 vehicles from their staff which has drastically changed. I wish I could say its for the better but its not. In the past when walking into any of the Romeo sites, we were greeted by name at the door by someone and our needs were met. We never left there with out services being fulfilled until the last year. Recently I was at both the Kia and Ford dealerships and when I walked in not 1 person tried to help me. I had to ask for a sales man and even he seemed like it was a bother to be helping me. I test drove 4 vehicles. During the test drive I asked questions about the cars and was told that the salesman had no history on the car and could not answer even 1 question. He was not familiar with any vehicle he showed my family and I. We requested to see the carfax on 4 different cars and saw 0. They were not willing to work with us on anything and pushed for us to purchase a vehicle that we had absolutely no interest in just to make a sale. On top of the poor service and lack of knowledge.. They request you to give them $100 to hold a car you may have an interest in saying it is 100% refundable. My refund took almost2 weeks to be returned and I had to have my bank persue it. The owners and managers wanted nothing to do with the issues and handled things in the most unprofessional manner I've ever seen. They sent email after email and called more times than necessary to get us to come in promoting all incentives that sounded intriguing but when you get there your told that all the offers they have are non applicable to your purchase! As I have said before.. Do your research and go somewhere that you are not just a sale to them... Somewhere that you feel welcome and appreciated! More

BEST car buying experience ever! I just bought a Kia Forte last week and Im here to tell you that it was the most stress free car buying experience I have ever been through. I told my I just bought a Kia Forte last week and Im here to tell you that it was the most stress free car buying experience I have ever been through. I told my dealer (Joe Mazziotto) what I was able to spend and he got me that price WITHOUT all the back and forth with the manager. This is why, of the 18 Kia car dealers that I contacted, Romeo offered the best price by far. We have two Kia Dealers in Syracuse and they were offering prices that were $1,500.00 higher than the Romeo dealer. The salesman Joe Mazziotto even picked me up at the Hertz rental return office in Kingston. The new Kia Sportage preformed beautifully on the ride back to Syracuse.
