My experience with them was unprofessional, dismissive, and deeply frustrating from start to finish. I purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue on October 24, 2025. Throughout the entire sale, the manager never spoke to me directly or even made eye contact. He addressed every question and comment to my father, despite the fact that I was the buyer. As a 24‑year‑old woman, the behavior felt blatantly disrespectful and dismissive. We met at the DMV, I drove home, and did not drive it until two days later when I heard a bobbing noise coming from the rear. I immediately contacted the salesperson, and the response was dismissive. They said, “It wasn’t making a sound when I drove it to the RMV,” and was reminded that if I had bought the extended warranty that was offered, it would be covered. The salesperson also admitted at the time of the sale that they “don’t know where anything is in gas vehicles” because they drive an EV, so I’m not sure why their opinion on a mechanical issue was being treated as definitive. They said that the issue would have to be diagnosed by a mechanic in order to know if Lemon Law coverage was applicable. I brought it to two different mechanics. The second one said the rear rotors were completely rusted. I told the dealership this to which they said that rotors are considered wearable items and not covered under state warranty. Only then did they state that in order for them to address the issue, they would now need their mechanics to inspect the car at their dealership. They said that “under NY Used Car Lemon Law, the dealer who sold the vehicle is responsible for diagnosing and repairing covered issues,” despite telling me in the first place to get it diagnosed on my own and paying $200 for it. While I understand rotors are a wear‑and‑tear part, there is simply no way I caused that level of deterioration in two days. They said that the car passed NYS inspection but it also passed MA inspection when I brought it home. My best guess is that they barely passed inspection or they weren't even looked at seeing as rotors can be overlooked. It was unsafe and unreasonable to drive it back to the dealership just to hear the same thing my mechanic already confirmed, seeing as they told me to get it diagnosed by a mechanic in the first place. Their final offer was having me drive it down and that they would handle the repair, covered or not, but said nothing about payment. If you’re considering buying here, be prepared for zero post-sale support and a dismissive attitude once they have your money. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Unless you have excellent credit don't bother coming here. I had credit cards that were closed down and two late payments to Capital One because we moved and did not receive the bills. In order to get the car, they used my husband's credit check which had no flaws. I was ready to walk, but my husband gets shy and nervous and didn't want to. I should have been told about my credit up front. I now am in the process of dealing with Capital One which is a pain also. I closed down my Capital One account on the phone after explaining the problem with the supervisor at Capital One. Capital One now has taken over Kohls accounts. As a result, we did not receive any bills from Capital One for Kohls. Nobody cares unless they are making money from you. I only found out about my credit problem on the phone before we took the car. I view this as sneaky. I will not buy another car from this Kia Dealer because I felt they really didn't care what my credit problem was. As I said before, my credit will be repaired before I need a new car. Lots of Kia dealers around. More

With the help of Martha, i was able to lease my dream car, a 2025 Kia K4 GT line for LESS than my original budget! Bonus points for the process being quick and easy! i test drove the car and then drove it off the lot only 3 weeks later! Me and my friends are absolutely loving my first “big girl purchase” 🤩🤩 For this being my first time experiencing a car dealership, i am extremely pleased with both the process and the outcome! Will be returning here and seeking Martha’s help for another new Kia once my lease is up! More
So after waiting several months for window trim to come in on a recall, I finally got the parts installed on my Telluride not even a week later they are falling off. It’s been over two weeks. He has not called me he will not return my call and Ariana is not helpful and nasty and hung up on me. I would never buy anything from this dealership again nor even let them service my vehicle. More

My experience with Saleswoman Martha was great and my daughter loves her new to her car. BUT, they completely ripped me off in my trade in. They offered me 8k I tried to haggle and tell them I wanted more but they said the car had rust underneath and they wouldn’t be able to sell it they, would have to auction it off. 2 days later they had my car for sale on their website for 15k and wrote an extravagant advertisement explaining what a great deal this was for gem of a car. We called and complained nothing was done. I would not recommend this shady business to anyone I care about. More

I dealt with this for 9 months and only after I traded the car to another dealership did they want to replace it. I took a loss in the trade and they offered no resolution. 9 months of aggravation!
