My mechanic and different body shops immediately diagnosed it as a serious problem. I called the Manager and complained and I even told them I would buy a new car if they fully refunded me. They refused and told me my only option was to trade it in at market value. Stay far away from these disreputable crooks. More

Had deal in place for trade in, tried to change deal. Purchased new Silverado with 3 miles on it. Drove it home only to discover an oil leak that pretty much drained the vehicle of oil. Took to another Purchased new Silverado with 3 miles on it. Drove it home only to discover an oil leak that pretty much drained the vehicle of oil. Took to another Chevy dealership closer to home where I was told an oil seal was installed backwards by either the manufacturer or the dealership. Tech said this should have been discovered during inspection to release the vehicle. When I contacted Whitemans they could care less. Won't ever return and definitely would never recommend. More
