I just purchased my first vehicle from Romeo Chevrolet and I couldn't be happier! I was given a quote by a service person on the phone, but was charged more. I used my GM Card to pay for bill and was charged an extra service fee for not paying in cash! Not happy at all, will most likely l was charged more. I used my GM Card to pay for bill and was charged an extra service fee for not paying in cash! Not happy at all, will most likely look elsewhere for my service in the future. Had a great record with White man, seems the new ownership is looking to Nickel and Dime the customers now. Might as well cancel the GM Rewards card, No Rewards here!! More

Worse than white men Chevrolet horrible experience never had. I had a more awful experience. These two dealerships man was I stupid for going back there a second time I spent what I considered a lot of mone had. I had a more awful experience. These two dealerships man was I stupid for going back there a second time I spent what I considered a lot of money $22,000 plus extended warranty nothing but issues with this car since the day I bought it, and I explained this to them not once but twice and nobody cared. This is so sad when people spend hard earn money at dealerships. They really need to put themselves in our shoes and think maybe we like more business down the road, but I guess this is the world we live in. More
