He was very professional. He was extremely patient, easygoing and comfortable to be around. He pointed out all of the benefits and safety features of the LaCrosse. He completely went over the car during delivery. He took pride in providing us with the best new car buying experience. His professionalism truly shined through. I set up an appointment to come view the Corvette and had to drive 200 miles as I am from the Boston area everyone at the dealership was very friendly. Had the appointment with Mike Casella and he had the Corvette already detailed and set for viewing and a test drive. Everything went perfect right down to the negotiations and purchasing of the vehicle. They even offered to deliver it to my home. We went inside talked about price. Tom went out of his way to give me the best deal he could. I just needed time to think about it. BY the time I got home my mind was made up and the next morning I called Tom and told him I would take the truck and at that point Romeo did all the work all I had to do was come pick it up. this was a fun experience to buy my GMC.
