He let me test drive a few cars and ran some numbers for me, knowing I didn’t want to leave that day with a car just options, he still dedicated a good amount of time answering my questions. I returned a few days later with the intent to lease from them and Mike was there to handle it all, he answered all my remaining questions about first time leasing and spent a lot of time with my difficult insurance company. I found the process to be easy and I love the car I have. I never felt pressured to get into a car I didn’t want. More
