He said if I ever wanted a new vehicle that was the place to go and that I had to MAKE SURE I worked with AMY HAUBRICH ! At the time I wasn't even considering it - but I had wondered how the whole lease worked and always dreamed of having a brand-new car. I called and left a message for Amy ( she was selling a vehicle - bless her ) who called me back as soon as she was available. She explained a little bit to me and then we mutually decided we should meet in person so I could find out what it was all about and see what was available. I was impressed to receive not only a call from the dealership but an email from Amy confirming my appointment for Friday. Now that is the way to do business! I had fallen in love with a Buick Encore on The Romeo website because of the color but was disappointed when it didn't have some of the features I would like to have , Amy immediately looked up to see if they had one with all the bells and whistles I'd like and she came up with the perfect vehicle for me. It even had more than I expected. She's one of the friendliest , most down to earth people I've ever met and it was a very comfortable and rewarding experience for me. There was absolutely no pressure from her or the Business manager, Jeff. I even got to meet one of the partners who was just as friendly and liked my song which was a plus in my book - Lol .
