We happened to be in Kingston for a dental appointment and decided to stop by at Romeo to check out sedans or SUV. We were not prepared at all but thanks to Amy, everything went smoothly and we finally settled with Regal sedan. She explained clearly the pros and cons of leasing vs. buying. We like to own the car and so she drove us to Chase Bank to purchase a certified check with my driving license and treated us a lunch/dinner at the plaza. We drove home in a brand new car and it was a really rare but pleasant experience! Amy is very detailed ,efficient, helpful but not pushy. I have recently gotten my second car from Romeo, switching from a loan to a lease with my improved credit. My worry was concerning the negative equity left on my loan. But with Joe D. and Seth working with me, we figured out a way to make me a blank slate by the end of my first lease term, finally giving me the satisfaction that all that work on building credit wasn't in vain. I can state with absolute honesty that not once did I feel taken advantage of working with these two. They were kind, understanding and relatable. It's a breath of fresh air to be able to walk away from a dealership feeling like I made a good decision. I can't recommend Romeo enough for anyone that is tired of the typical "dealership experience", twice now they have exceeded my expectations and I have no intention of going anywhere else.
