It was such a no hassle experience and I feel I received a fair amount on my trade in. Steve Vitiello in the finance department was personable and professional. While waiting for my vehicle, I observed that everyone was pretty happy and willing to help each other out. I was having trouble downloading the "My Chevy" app and another salesman was able to assist me while Laura was finalizing my sale.
