quick oil and lube and then some Ryan Collins went above and beyond to explain the service needs of my 2012 Outback. He recognized the need for a new timing belt, (not expected) and Ryan Collins went above and beyond to explain the service needs of my 2012 Outback. He recognized the need for a new timing belt, (not expected) and provided a loaner on very short notice. Upon picking up my car, I had requested help in pairing my new smart phone to my car, (which has a very dated system) I was pleased with Ryan's patience and kindness. Thanks Ryan! Georgia More

My last and final time there was no exception. They boost that they have received the highest award from Subaru for service five years in a row which leads me to believe that the judging for the award has very low standards. My three and a half maybe four hour installation turned into six plus. Plus the tech stated on my bill that body work from a prior visit was “Unprofessioal and Shoddy”. It was work they Romano had done. I was assured by the service manager that this didn’t mean what it said and his attitude seemed to me to be, that I was bothering him. I do not recommend Romano for anything relating to service. . I also waited on this final visit over an hour for a shuttle, because the shuttle driver was getting a cake and supplies for a party at the dealership Very Poor. More

Multi point inspection checklist items are obviously checked off all at once without actually checking. For example the spare tire was listed is OK when it turned out to be nearly flat. Tires indicated to be in good condition when they actually were comped and tred bare. More

THE ABSOLUTE BEST DEALERSHIP EVER I have bought 9 cars from Romano Subaru, 6 new ones including a 2016 Legacy and a 2017 Forester and 2 Subaru certified pre-owned cars and a 14 year ol I have bought 9 cars from Romano Subaru, 6 new ones including a 2016 Legacy and a 2017 Forester and 2 Subaru certified pre-owned cars and a 14 year old Beatle Convertible. I have been very happy with each purchase and the service and repair work at this dealership. Never once have they changed prices on me or surprised me with added work, charges or delays in completing the work. I have know Borzou for a decade, Dave Vito for the same and Dave Romano. The only explanation for negative reviews here is other car dealers, it can't be real customers. If you go in tell them that they were recommended by the guy who had a goose fly into his new car with 9 miles on it. More
Low balling snakes I would take your business elsewhere. They will low ball you on a trade in to the point it's almost like they are stealing from their customers. They are not transparent with information as far securing a vehicle if you are coming in from out of town and will fail to tell you to put money down on the vehicle or they will sell it on you while you're actively on your way to make the purchase. I was literally on my way driving an hour to get to their dealership to buy the car we made an agreement on that morning and they sold it on me as I was driving. Then they tried to give me the same car different color with more miles and less options for the same price and even went back on there deal for my trade and told me they would not give me the original agreed upon price. Save yourself the headache and the cash in your pocket and take your business elsewhere because there are some great dealerships out there and this is not one of them. They are snakes to say the least! More

I spoke with the sales manager, Borzou Razmjou , A word of warning if you plan on selling or trading in your vehicle to this dealer, Romano Subaru.. I spoke with the sales manager, Borzou Razmjou , and he agreed to a sale price of my old vehicle. After gathering the required paperwork and returning two days later to this dealer to seal the sale, he responded that he was no longer interested in my vehicle and then he quickly followed up with an offer 40% of what he originally agreed to. I find this sales tactic dishonest and unacceptable. Even though I purchased two vehicles from them in the past, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. More
