I went to dealership after finding a suv I found online. My salesman Malcolm Cook, was very knowledgeable in the suv I was referring about. I ended up buying it from him, he was an awesome salesman, very fr My salesman Malcolm Cook, was very knowledgeable in the suv I was referring about. I ended up buying it from him, he was an awesome salesman, very friendly, not pushy at all.. Then I had an issue a few days later, I contacted Mr. Cook, and he bent over backwards to help me with my issue, even though I bought a suv “as is”. He resolved my issue quickly and effectively. I have never had a salesman like Malcolm Cook, he is what you call exceptional customer service.
