Sir- I sincerely apologize for your recent service experience at our dealership. I reviewed what occurred during your service appointment and confirmed the parts truck unfortunately did not arrive on time. In addition, once the part did arrive the technician encountered installation issues causing additional delay. I understand the frustrations of preparing to leave for vacation and not having your vehicle ready to go. I regret we were unable to have a loaner available for your use; however, we had already assigned our allocation of loaner vehicles to other customers that day. Once again, I do apologize for the unsatisfactory experience you had and hope you will give us another opportunity to service your vehicle in the future.
