Family I have been looking for the right Yukon XL Denali ever since the new style came out for 2015. I tried to find a used Yukon XL Denali on the internet b I have been looking for the right Yukon XL Denali ever since the new style came out for 2015. I tried to find a used Yukon XL Denali on the internet but had no luck finding one with the options I wanted. I wanted certain hard to find options that fit my family’s needs. One being a 2nd row bench seat instead of bucket seats which is not easy to find with the Denali package. Don Kipp at Romain Cross Pointe went out of his way to find the SUV of my dreams and at a reasonable price. Don was not pushy and treated me like family through the whole process. The whole team at Romain made buying a new Yukon a great experience. I will recommend Romain and Don Kipp to all my friends looking to buy a new car. Tyler Emmett took the time to answer my questions and inquire about things he did not know prior to giving the information. He also gave an in depth review of operations when the car came in to the dealership. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I have been involved with sales/business for many years and felt he did an outstanding job as a Subaru representative. He also kept his word on response times to those questions he didn't have an immediate answer for. No hassles from the business office regarding warranties.
