Everytime I go there to get something fixed or get my oil changed EVERYONE is so friendly. I didnt know where to go my first few times and I asked someone and they didnt make me feel stupid when I should hav changed EVERYONE is so friendly. I didnt know where to go my first few times and I asked someone and they didnt make me feel stupid when I should have clearly known how to get there. I also called a specific worker one day but he was not there at the time and a different worker had called me to let me know that it was his day off and asked if there was anything he could do for me and so he helped me out. They all told me that if I ever needed anything or had any questions that I could ask anyone and they could help me out or get to the correct person. I also couldnt sit around one day to get my car fixed and they got me a very nice rental car for free. The repair that they did was great and also free because I was in my warranty period. But I went in there to actually get a recall fixed on my car and when I did he noticed my radio was not working and told me they would fix it but I didnt have the money and he let me know it was still under warranty and they could do it for free. So GREAT customer service and each one I worked with made an effort to get to know me. More

This dealership was so nice, they held a used car for us that was priced very competitively while we drove down from Omaha, so it wouldn't get sold while we were on our way down to see it. They even had other interested parties call about it, but still held it for us as promised over the phone. They were very friendly and stayed way past closing time on a Saturday night just to take care of us and to make sure we had enough time to decide on the car and purchase/finance it, they acted like it was no inconvenience at all. No pushy sales, and I felt that they delivered on their promise that if we were making the drive down from Omaha, they would give us a good deal and make it worth the trip. My parents came along with us because they were possibly looking for a car as well and Brent and Kyle were great, really taking their time with them and helping them figure out what car might best fit their needs/wants and then also gave them a great deal on a brand new vehicle. My parent's were very pleased with their service and lover their new Honda Civic. More
