Very happy with my experience at Rolling Hills Here's the short version - this dealership, and specifically Jason Ramey, provided us with an excellent car buying experience. I recommend Rolling Hil Here's the short version - this dealership, and specifically Jason Ramey, provided us with an excellent car buying experience. I recommend Rolling Hills without hesitation. Long version: I had a very, very bad experience at another dealership when I bought my previous car (when I lived in Virginia). This left me very scared of buying another car. Seriously, I was anxious and was considering buying a car sight unseen off the internet just so I didn't have to deal with slimy sales and finance people. Thankfully my husband has more sense than I do, and encouraged me to pick out a few cars to go visit. We visited another (enormous) dealership prior to Rolling Hills to look at another car, but I didn't like it. We went to Rolling Hills to test drive a used CRV. It took a little bit of time to locate the correct building where the used car salespeople were, and when we approached, Jason was outside and asked if we were being helped. He was so genuine, friendly and straight forward that my fears were very quickly alleviated. He treated us with respect and look us on a long test drive to make sure I felt comfortable in the car. I think the nature of sales makes a lot of salespeople give off some scent or pheromone or something that alerts others to be careful around them... Like a bad polyester suit used to in the old days. I didn't get a whiff of any of that from Jason. He genuinely wanted me to like the car on my own without any pushing or sliminess. In fact, I would have been totally comfortable with him (and the rest of the process) even without my husband there, which is something I can't say for any other dealership I've ever been to. Once we decided the car was the one for us, we told Jason and the manager (sorry, I am terrible with names!) we had our own financing from our bank. The manager asked us for a chance to beat our bank's financing. Now, when we bought our previous car, this is where it went downhill fast. I immediately was transported back to that time and felt a little queasy. I told them about our last experience (EXTREMELY rude and pushy finance people who basically held us hostage and made me thisclose to crying, for no good reason, and we already had financing that time, too) and was promised this would be nothing like that. So... We gave them a chance. Our rate was very good, so I doubted anything would come of it... But they beat it! I was shocked! And by a full percentage point! I just realized how long this review is already, so I will wrap it up. We had no trouble dealing with the finance guy, who was as genuine as everyone else. There was no pressure, no sketchiness, nothing. Just nice people selling us a nice car. If we need another car in the future, this is the first place I will head. Go see Jason, and tell 'em Laura sent you :) More

I went to the same salesman that I worked with 3 years ago, Danny Atkins, because he was great to work with 3 years ago and he is still great to work with today. He went above and beyond the call to help me get exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying a car. Toyota sells a great cars and Rolling Hills is a great dealership where customers are treated very well. Of course a dealership is only as good as the people who work there. Rolling Hills seems to have good people to really care about their customers. Danny Atkins is a prime example of that. He will go out of his way to make sure you get treated right. The finance guy, Lee was also a very nice guy to work with as well. It was a really good experience. Thanks Danny and Lee. keep up the o\good work. More
