Dishonest and untrustworthy!!!! I called ahead and checked on a vehicle Rolling Hills had advertised on there site and the sale person was more than happy to get me to come in and ch I called ahead and checked on a vehicle Rolling Hills had advertised on there site and the sale person was more than happy to get me to come in and check out the vehicle. I ended up changing my day around as I lived 1.5 hours away from dealer so I could test drive the advertised vehicle. When I showed up everyone was nice and more than helpful to make the sale. They came out asked us if we were interested in the vehicle if we would buy it that night. After a test drive of the vehicle I said yes and wanted to proceed. When the finance person came back with payment options this is where everything changed! The internet price was $12,700 and their list price was $15,200. The sales staff went off and discussed it for awhile and than came back and said they would honor it for $12,700 pending financing and had me sign papers agreeing to this. I was able to get financed through my local bank and would be down the following business day to pick up the vehicle they promised me and had me sign off on. The end of the business day, 2 days after offering the vehicle to me Rolling Hills left a message saying vehicle did not pass inspection and is going back to auction. I called the following day and all they could say was sorry but they did not want to put the money into the vehicle they promised me. I gave them a chance to save face and all they did was call around to local dealer and told me I could possibly talk them down to get the same deal as I was going to get from them. Buyer beware they will only sale you a vehicle if they are getting a good deal not you! A true case of false advertisement. More
