HORRIBLE We just sold our car back in because there were WAY too many complications. Horrible customer service and treated military members like xxxx!!! "Lost" all of our paperwork, no title after 3 months, no one is ever in the title department, no one answered the phone when they knew we were calling with concerns for our car. We called 7 times in a matter of 30 minutes- Secretary answered and told us she could see the person we were trying to get ahold of and they STILL didnt bother to pick up. Absolutely ridiculous and i wouldnt even tell my worst enemy to buy a car there. More

Bad experience My parents who are in their mid 80's recently bought a Rav 4 at this dealership. The process took 7 hours from hello to signing the loan papers. )They My parents who are in their mid 80's recently bought a Rav 4 at this dealership. The process took 7 hours from hello to signing the loan papers. )They has nothing to eat during that time and only drove the car they ended up purchasing.) The salesman offered things he couldn't make good on and then took them back and he gave Incorrect information. The finance officer mentioned several times that he hadn't eaten and hurried through the process. At the end, they signed up for $3700 is unwanted/unnecessary services. At best these salesmen were over zealous. At worst they just conned 2 senior adults. More

Emily took the time to research and answer our questions plus the sales manager even followed up to encourage us to come and visit the dealership. Nik and Dalton were very knowledgable with how the Honda Pilot operates. Both Gerald and "Big" Mike were also great to deal with. We were given an excellent trade-in for our CRV and a super price on the new Pilot. This car selling and new car buying experience was painless! Thanks Rolling Hills Auto Plaza!! More
