Great to work with while at dealership. Did not return phone calls. I had questions about key pads not working. After traveling to dealership 35 miles from my home, there was a dispute with the service de phone calls. I had questions about key pads not working. After traveling to dealership 35 miles from my home, there was a dispute with the service department regarding fixing key pads at no cost to me (they did not work from the beginning of picking up the car). I purchased a certified pre-owned Honda with the 12/12 warranty and was led to believe this would be taken care of at no cost to me - service department personnel indicated that there was $100 deductable on work. Shane Silvey was contacted and agreed to pay for the work. Paperwork necessary for car tags and sales tax payment not sent - I had to make a trip to the dealership to pick up paperwork. A friend of mine sold her car at the same time and was told her check would be ready in three days. After calling and talking to 4 - 5 people, she was assured her check was ready. Upon arriving to pick up her check (she was told via her phone conversation to pick it up at the Toyota dealership) at the Toyota dealership (she was told to do this), they told her it would be at the Honda dealership. When she inquired about the check (that was supposedly ready for her to pick up), she was told that it was written to me and that I had to pick it up. Honda makes a quality vehicle and I have owned Hondas for MANY years (actually purchased a new Civic several years ago from your dealership - great experience). This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Honda salesman and dealership. Tom (whose last name I cannot remember - probably because he could not get my name right the entire time we visited both in person and over the phone) was very friendly and helpful, however, the truth was not always communicated to me throughout the process. Ryan, Gary and othe staff who worked with us were great. Ryan was our first contact. Gary took good care of us, managed our test ride and gathered information before handing back off to Ryan. The Rolling Hills team went many miles to find and bring back to St. Joseph exactly the truck I wanted. Ryan did a great job in reviewing vehicle documentation and going over the vehicle with us. He even programed the garage door opener and set our favorite radio stations for us. Bill handled the paper work very efficiently and did not pressure us to add on anything we were not prepared to buy. More

I called them looking for a specific car, they didn't try to sell me anything a different car, other accessories, or an service, product, and price. They simply took the order and worked diligently and found the exact vehicle I wanted at the exact price I wanted, and then made my visit to pick it up and purchase it very pleasant and easy. Specifically, the service I received from Bill Bonnett, Nathan Meers, and Kyle was first rate. I would highly recommend using this dealer for your next Honda or Toyota purchase. More
New/1st time to buying vehicles and we were young had purchased a 2 yr 30000 mile warranty didn't know what all that included so when it came time for an oil change contacted Danny, and asked if we had f purchased a 2 yr 30000 mile warranty didn't know what all that included so when it came time for an oil change contacted Danny, and asked if we had free oil changes. He said "no, we have never offered a service like that." So we never used our $1500 service plan. By the time we realized what it all included the plan had expired. So we called to get a refund and Bill let us know that, "we were at fault, and should of known better". Further action has been taken. I'm sure it was a mistake on Dannys behalf(great individual), but appalled Bill will not refund us. Obviously I misunderstanding, but who would pay out of pocket for oil changes when they have a plan that cover them for 2 yrs?? Pretty obvious we were denied about services. More
Brent was very helpful and his friendly attitude made it pleasant working with him. He took the time to review the manual guide and pointed out the high lights, which saved us time of reading through it all pleasant working with him. My wife and I are senior citizens and have been driving a Buick Lucern. We were wanting to downsize to something smaller and more gas efficient, so we dropped by Rolling Hills to see what they had to offer. Buick Lucern. He showed us different new models and the features they offered. We found him to be very curteous, friendly and helpful. We told him we would think about it and possibly return. After thinking and discussing, we decided to return to look again. When we got there (we had not made an appointment), Josh was busy with other customers, so he sent Terry Hupp to help us. Terry was equally as friendly and curteous and took a great deal of time to answer our questions and explain in detail the features of the Honda Fit that we were particularly interested in. Josh took the time to stop by and make sure things were going all right and between these attitude of these two and the favorable impression they made on us two older people, we took the step and traded cars. The sales manager and business manager also were friendly and helpful. To sum it up, the people we met at Rolling Hills are assets to your firm and are to be commended for a job well done. More
