Above and Beyond Excellent Service I am a local customer who purchased a vehicle from Rolling Hills Honda several years ago. Their care for the customer continues WAY beyond the purchase of a vehicle. I recently needed to replace the battery on my vehicle and get an oil change and an inspection so that I could get it licensed again after a period of being unable to drive. I called and explained to them my situation and that my Multiple Sclerosis made it difficult to get the vehicle there for service. They came to my house, got the car started, drove it for me to the dealership, made all repairs (plus some recall notices I didn't even know about!) and then picked me up to drive it home when it was finished. This is way above and beyond what I expected and is the reason I will never take my car anywhere else! Derrick Coil in the service department deserves a raise, a hug, and a medal for being such a superstar!! Thank you, Rolling Hills! More

I called ahead to make sure the Mini was still available and when I arrived they had it pulled up to the front door and ready for me to inspect and test drive. Daniel and Justin (as well as the rest of the Rollin Hills sales and administrative staff) were very helpful. I thought their pricing was very fair and once we struck a deal, the staff worked very hard to get all the paperwork competed quickly and efficiently -- I was out the door with the Mini in less than an hour. I would definitely buy an other car from Rolling Hills. More

Rolling Hills is a very efficient and knowledgeable company. The salesman was also very knowledgeable and made us very comfortable with our decision to purchase this vehicle. We subsequently traded our CRV for a 2017 Honda Ridgeline pickup that we needed. Again, our sales associate was extremely knowledgeable with these pickups. Our sales lady was Angela Sizemore and my husband and I have to attest that she is extremely knowledgeable with automobiles and pickups as far the equipment on each vehicle and perks. More

Dishonest and untrustworthy!!!! I called ahead and checked on a vehicle Rolling Hills had advertised on there site and the sale person was more than happy to get me to come in and ch I called ahead and checked on a vehicle Rolling Hills had advertised on there site and the sale person was more than happy to get me to come in and check out the vehicle. I ended up changing my day around as I lived 1.5 hours away from dealer so I could test drive the advertised vehicle. When I showed up everyone was nice and more than helpful to make the sale. They came out asked us if we were interested in the vehicle if we would buy it that night. After a test drive of the vehicle I said yes and wanted to proceed. When the finance person came back with payment options this is where everything changed! The internet price was $12,700 and their list price was $15,200. The sales staff went off and discussed it for awhile and than came back and said they would honor it for $12,700 pending financing and had me sign papers agreeing to this. I was able to get financed through my local bank and would be down the following business day to pick up the vehicle they promised me and had me sign off on. The end of the business day, 2 days after offering the vehicle to me Rolling Hills left a message saying vehicle did not pass inspection and is going back to auction. I called the following day and all they could say was sorry but they did not want to put the money into the vehicle they promised me. I gave them a chance to save face and all they did was call around to local dealer and told me I could possibly talk them down to get the same deal as I was going to get from them. Buyer beware they will only sale you a vehicle if they are getting a good deal not you! A true case of false advertisement. More
