Very helpful. Needed 3 parts for older BMW. They suggested getting parts from another source and bringing the car back to have them installed. In love my Honda Civic! I’ve always had good service. Unfortunately I had a problem with the service department resetting the oil service signal on my dash. Waited 1 hr and 45 minutes for an oil change. I set up an appointment for 1:00. Brought the car in 10 mins early. Asked how long it would take and was told 45-50 mins. 1 and a half hour later I wa I set up an appointment for 1:00. Brought the car in 10 mins early. Asked how long it would take and was told 45-50 mins. 1 and a half hour later I was still waiting. No we are sorry for the delay. No reason why it took an extra hour. I finally got it back after an hour and forty mins. All they said was the keys are in it. I will never be able to recommend a dealership that cares nothing about there customers time. A dealership that doesn’t even care enough about their customers to thank them for their business. More
