Excessive wait time I just waited 2.5 hours for an oil change, cabin filter and fluid change (30 minutes) for a scheduled appointment since this dealership no longer has I just waited 2.5 hours for an oil change, cabin filter and fluid change (30 minutes) for a scheduled appointment since this dealership no longer has walk in service. One would expect since they require you to make an appointment for oil changes, waits would not be excessive. Not sure I received the 21 point inspection. Did not receive any documentation. I asked for 2 things to be checked out. Neither was performed. Very helpful. Needed 3 parts for older BMW. They suggested getting parts from another source and bringing the car back to have them installed. Ordered parts and was back exactly one week later and t suggested getting parts from another source and bringing the car back to have them installed.
