They seemed polite but None of the service people that I interacted with were wearing facemasks to protect each other or their customers. A hubcap must have fallen off after I drove away and is missing, perhaps not put back on correctly after inspecting the brake. The shop appeared clean. Hopefully the recalled air bag was replaced correctly but the warning light is still on. They wanted another $62-$125 just to diagnose the reason the warning light was on. I initially said OK but my husband said no, and I’m not going back until Covid is in decline here or Toyota starts requiring employees to wear facemasks when interacting with customers. Now you’re insisting I rate Amanda and I didn’t interact with a woman - so don’t blame her! More

In October, 2019, I purchased a 2009 Jeep Liberty LTD with 70,000 miles on it. Mary, the sales gal was very nice. Paid by check, $9,582.00 for the car and proceeded to head back to central Iowa. Waited an hour and they came with a tow truck and picked up the car. They did fix "that" issue with the car and drove it up to Iowa. Several weeks later had another issue with it, bad alternator and coil. The it didn't shift right, so had to change the transmission fluid and filter, then power steering went out and then replaced the rack and pinion, all told spent well over $1,100.00. Tried calling the dealership but no one returned my calls. They emplasized numerous times that the Jeep had undergone a 150 point inspection. Now my mechanic says it looks like extensive underbody rust had been painted over with black paint and he has suggested that I strongly consider getting rid of this vehicle.
