Could not come to an agreed upon price for the used (3,200 miles) vehicle we looked to purchase. The claim was that Ford considers anything under 4K miles to be new-really? It wasn't new. It was driven for 6 months and showed some minor wear. The manager would not budge on the other vehicle either. I talked to an out of state dealer that trades back and forth with Rokstad and Rokstad refused to send them the other vehicle i was interested in buying once they found out it was me trying to buy it even though they 'are a good trading partner' according to the out of state dealer. I suspect that since the out of state dealer does deeper discounts it would have reflected poorly on Rokstad's manager not wanting to lower their price to make the sale to me, so they simply refused to supply the vehicle to the dealer which was willing to discount more deeply. I guess that is their way of preventing me from getting the vehicle i wanted--they were going to show me by golly. OK, so I went to out of state to another dealer and made a cash purchase and am glad i did. More

Never Agin I was a loil customer, cars and service. After having them do unnecessary work and not even in a good manner. I had to have a another mechanic fix my truck after getting it back. And spending 10,000 on my truck they wanted another 2000. The real mechanic fixed it for 700 and tRockstad was going to change the wrong part anyhow. So I would have spent Eve more money due to there inferior mechanics. More
