She worked with my fast timeline and I was onsite next day finalizing papers & driving off the lot! Kristen was super knowledgeable when it came to the 4runner itself and, unlike at other dealerships, I didn't feel like there was any cheesy sales pitch while I was onsite. Again-- a great car buying experience from sales to selection to finance! More

Multiple Bad Experiences I've made 3 leases deals and 2 purchases with Rohrich. Most recently, paperwork was screwed up after being told I was stupid for buying out a leas I've made 3 leases deals and 2 purchases with Rohrich. Most recently, paperwork was screwed up after being told I was stupid for buying out a lease. They don't listen, they tell you what to do. Numerous times they responded condescendingly, "I don't care what you do." I give credit to them for trying to make it right, but I'm going to Carvana next, sick of the commission sales BS. Employees didn't come across honest or genuine despite them saying so. There has been no added value, only a giant headache. Buying this car was fun up until I came to Rohrich. Their service department I'd give a flawless review though. They have exceeded expectations every time. More

The dealership continues to be very professional in their dealings with customers and their sales and financing staff are top notch. Specifically, our salesperson was Kristen Ehmann and Josh B handled our financing. The overall experience was terrific with Kristen being very responsive and thoroughly knowledgeable about the car, the features, the available options and general information we needed to know. Kristen is very friendly and personable and willing to do what is necessary to keep a customer happy. Josh B was also excellent in taking care of our financing needs and was able to get us into this car with a payment that we were happy with. I highly recommend these individuals and the Rohrich dealership. More

Have never had any issues with Rohrich and wouldn't drive another brand. Recently, I found myself with 2 used cars (one a 14 year old Toyota which had been totally reliable and I'm sure has many good years left) but wanted a car with newer safety features. Al greeted me and listened patiently, answering my questions, then introduced me to Kristen Ehrmann. She was pleasant and extremely helpful, explaining the pros and cons of different models and it was easy to make a choice that met my needs. Since I had two cars to trade in (No, I didn't want to go through the experience of trying to sell them myself-been there/done that), she and another staff member came to my home on the following day) drove the cars back to the dealership and I left in my new C-HR. The woman I dealt with around financing was equally pleasant and accommodating to my decisions. I've recommended Rohrich and the Toyota brand many times over the years. More

Terrible Experiemce I called and spoke to one of their salesman looking for a Toyota Sienna that they had listed on their website. When I called and spoke to Kristen, I w I called and spoke to one of their salesman looking for a Toyota Sienna that they had listed on their website. When I called and spoke to Kristen, I was told she didn't see it on their site. I gave her the stock number and she told me it was sold. Called back an hour later spoke to another person and was told it was on the lot. When I went there, they told me it was just sold but that had others they could show me on their lot. So went to another dealer and was in the process of buying one when I received a call from Kristen and the van was now back up for sale. Told them tired of getting the run around and bought from the other guys. More

Worst Sales Team I am in the market to purchase an SUV and went to this dealership because I was interested in looking at a used Highlander they had on their lot. I told the salesman via email I would be there after work and gave an approximate time. When I arrived he was not there. I waited while their support staff located another salesman, which they did. I sat down with him for maybe 3 minutes, told him what I needed, he was busy typing away at his computer and then said "sorry we don't have anything for you" I told him another Toyota dealership had one but I wanted to come here because it was a lot closer to my home. He again told me there was nothing in their inventory that matched my needs & he basically sent me on my way. I've never been in sales, but I would have to say that's absolutely not how you treat a potential customer. He didn't make any effort whatsoever to help me. I do not recommend going there. I left & went to Kenny Ross Toyota and had an amazing experience. Rohrich salesman should take notes from them on how to treat potential customers & how to close a deal. More
