I have previously purchased my first Prius from Jeff Krivickas in 2007 and was extremely pleased. Since I needed a new car right away I was glad to return to him as a salesman. Anytime I am confused about an issue regarding my new car Jeff answers them clearly and plainly so that I can understand how to adapt to it. He has even come to my house where I have had problems with the connection of my garage door remote not working. He goes the extra mile to make sure that I am not just purchasing "another car" but rather a "quality vehicle" which holds a good resell value and will last me many years with normal wear and tear. Sue Belako helped me to understand the actual sales process in a clear cut manner so that I could make my better decisions on some of the optional warranties. Finally, I want to give special kudos to Chris Sekely who recently helped me on my former Prius following an incident where a gas dealership offered to pump my gas and in turn they greatly topped it off. He made sure there was no damage to the engine or hybrid system. That car is functioning normally again. He allayed any fears I had concerning the amount of gas in that car and that it would receive a thorough inspection. More

Nick took his time and explained the vehicle thoroughly (he was actually very enthusiastic which is rare) without being intrusive. There was one question which he could not answer during our 1st meeting however he knew the answer on our second visit. It is not very fancy, doesn't have automatic seats or heated seats, but the economy of the vehicle made it worth the trade. We are both very satisfied with our cars. More
