I purchased a pre-owned truck from Mike Collins. Mike I purchased a pre-owned truck from Mike Collins. Mike seemed like a straight up honest guy. The truck was great when I test drove it. However, after I signed the paperwork and went to start the truck the tire indicator came on as did the airbag light. I mentioned that before leaving and was told they would take care of it. After a week with a loner car, I went back to get my truck, only to find out it had not been fixed and had only been "looked at." I was then told they were not going to fix it. I have been trying to get in touch with Mike for weeks without success or resolution. I suspect they disconnected and reconnected the battery before I test drove the vehicle so I would not notice the warning lights. Just FYI: I was able to recreate the scenario with the battery, so I know that works for a short period of time. I have asked nicely for this to be corrected for two months. I had thought I found a good, reputable dealership, but alas, they are shady AF. More
