My wife bought a GMC Yukon from Fabian and we were promised a rear hitch cover because the one on it was cracked. We have had multiple conversations about never getting it and i have text messages say promised a rear hitch cover because the one on it was cracked. We have had multiple conversations about never getting it and i have text messages saying they sent it in the mail but never got it. Now they are saying they never promised us anything and will not send us one. They DO NOT stand behind their word. Very unprofessional. More

I brought it into the Lewiston Kendall dodge service dept and BJ was right on the ball helping me and working with the Nissan service dept to get authorization for the needed work and payment. BJ has been persistent in finding the problem and it has been tricky. . He still doesn't give up. More

The sales staff was great. The service department is horrid. Within 1 day of purchasing my certified used van I noticed the power seat was not working and one of the overhead lights didn't work either. horrid. I talked to the salesman and he said to bring it back and they would make it right. I called the service center and made an appointment and took it in at the scheduled time. I was told they would look at it right away and yes that should be a covered repair by the guy sitting at a nearby desk in the service dept. I kept looking out the window every few minutes but didn't see it move. Finally after 2 hours I went to the service desk and asked how it was coming. The counter attendant said she'd be ready to check me out in a couple of minutes. When she called me up, she told me they were not able to fix the seat because it was bound and they would have to order in a new power unit which would cost about 465.00 plus labor. She would talk to the sales department and get back to me, she gave me my keys. I went to my car, checked the overhead light and found it still not working. Went back in and asked about it. They sent me back to the waiting room and called back a few minutes later to tell me the relay assembly was broken so they couldn't fix my light either, they would have to order the part and let me know. 2 HOURS SITTING, NOTHING FIXED. Over 1 week later, no one has called or followed up in any way. Not a dealer I would recommend. I'm not looking for something for nothing here, just a reasonable response to a problem. More
When traveling due to death in family my car overheated. I called the dealership and it was after service dept closed. I spoke with Bob the general manager who took my information and told me he would have I called the dealership and it was after service dept closed. I spoke with Bob the general manager who took my information and told me he would have my car looked at first thing in morning. It was a simple fix but Bob told me if it was not I would have a vehicle and he would take care of things. We are not from the area and had never been there but with the treatment Bob and his staff gave us I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you for helping us in such a compassionate manner. More
