Friendly, worked out fine once all maintenance was completed. Had a two part visit, one was for routine maintenance and the second for warranty work after parts arrive a short time later. Everything w completed. Had a two part visit, one was for routine maintenance and the second for warranty work after parts arrive a short time later. Everything worked out fine with exception of tire rotation. I paid for it on first visit but somehow did not get done even though paperwork said it did. Not a problem, was back for second visit for the warranty work and they said they will do it then. Picked up vehicle and didn’t check until I got home, amazingly, it wasn’t done again and had to return again to finally get it completed. On a side note, shop said they did it on a white ram so someone got their tires rotated without knowing! More
