Roger Williams Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Had my truck for 5 weeks and could not hear a tick that sounds like an exhaust leak. My service advisor Juan heard it when I pull in the dealership and I did a test ride with the mechanic that heard it as sounds like an exhaust leak. After 5 weeks they came to the conclusion my truck was normal with nothing wrong. The tick continues to this day just like it was before the 5 weeks stay at the dealership. We have many dodge trucks exactly like mine in our fleet that sound normal so I can guarantee my truck does not sound right. I will never return to this dealership and will recommend the same for my friends and coworkers. Very bad service department. Will buy Chevy next time. More
