Signed up for a service online $500 worth. Pulled into bay, nobody around. Stood there for a minute or so walked by estimators desks. Nothing. Nobody wants my business? Walked into cashier, she was a bit snarky, I asked who I should see as I set an appt online and she replied with anyway while leaned back in her chair. Have been here before and didn’t expect much but after servicing my vehicle at Toyota for the last two years but taking my wife’s Jeep here, service is nominal at best! Would I recommend, eh maybe if for just work to be done but wouldn’t say it’s a highly recommend or even to expect much from this dealership. More

I received a promotional Email for (2) Full Synthetic oil changes for $130. This coupon also included the VIN to my vehicle, so my assumption is that they would not send me a promotional coupon for my E oil changes for $130. This coupon also included the VIN to my vehicle, so my assumption is that they would not send me a promotional coupon for my EcoDiesel that was not applicable. So I scheduled my appointment for the next day. Upon arrival I was met, after standing around for about 5 min, and I mentioned that I had received the coupon. I was promptly told that it does not apply to EcoDiesels and did I want to still get my oil changed. I had driven 45 min to get to the dealership, so I was not going to just leave. As someone that is in sales, I think it is shady to send out marketing material that is misleading just to get a customer in the door. This leads to trust issues and will lose business. Additionally, I was planning on buying shocks, struts, new tires, sway bar bushings as well, but that pull through revenue was lost because I didn’t trust that I was going to be taken care of. In my opinion, it should have been handled by taking care of the customer, and then going to the marketing team that sent out the coupons to ensure the customer and dealership are not put into the position of breaking the trust of customers. Juan is very polite and I appreciate that. Unfortunately I do not believe that 4 auxiliary batteries in a car that is not yet 5 years old is reasonable. I had asked for a second key fob and was told it needed to be ordered. It took several weeks to come it, and by that time I had to pay for the 4th battery and could not afford another 389 for a key fob at this time. Overall, pretty disappointed with Chrysler. I asked about a car you had on the lot and the trade in figure quoted was insulting. More

Leland was very honest and helpful when I brought my car in at the recommendation of another car repair center. The center had recommended an alignment but the staff at Roger Williams drove my car and deter in at the recommendation of another car repair center. The center had recommended an alignment but the staff at Roger Williams drove my car and determined my issue was more related to tires than alignment. Leland provided me with quotes for multiple brands of tires to allow me to make the best decision for me. He did not pressure me to buy from him. I appreciate his help! More
