The customer representative assigned to our vehicle left the company and no one reassigned his customer requests. We had to reach out to ask for status. When we picked up our vehicle and we asked about the the company and no one reassigned his customer requests. We had to reach out to ask for status. When we picked up our vehicle and we asked about the survey and how it would be sent, the person assigned to our vehicle said oh don’t do that to me. It’s in my name now. Overall disappointing experience. More

The service writer gave me a committed timeframe and then backed out, it was costing us $400 a day for our horses and my driver.
