The process with Jon Deloney was an interesting one as we live in Alabama currently. Our Parents/In-Laws went to the dealership and assisted us in the process of finding a truck for our growing family. Jon b live in Alabama currently. Jon became family yesterday as he worked with Mr. Williams to find us the best deal and they did just that. They beat the deal we had on the table in Alabama for a Big Horn edition. They were able to get us into a 1500 Ram Laramie with all the bells and whistles. He worked with our parents/in-laws, made sure it was everything we were looking for and met our needs and beat the price we were receiving elsewhere. The logistics part was interesting as we had an 11 hour trip to pick up the truck. They made sure the paperwork was done, truck completely detailed, and a full tank of gas. They met us this morning to get the paperwork signed, hand us the keys, and process our trade-in so we could make it home with our “new-to-us” vehicle before the work week. This process was much better, they took care of us with the best deal possible and took care of an active duty service member and the family. We appreciate everything that Jon and Roger Williams Dodge did to make this happen and will definitely keep them in mind when looking for our next vehicle.
