Had my oil changed they told me I needed a battery for $489 they had to boost off several times I declined it I haven’t had any issues starting since I left there been 3 days since and haven’t had to boos $489 they had to boost off several times I declined it I haven’t had any issues starting since I left there been 3 days since and haven’t had to boost it off yet very disappointed in the service dept I’m guessing they get some type of commissions on the sales but that’s just wrong to do customers like that / the sales guy was very good I thought about trading my Jeep but the finance guy needs training he didn’t stay in touch about what’s going on called me once and said let me check on a few things never called me back that’s poor business I went in paid for my oil change and I’ll find another dealership the day before I did chat with Roger Williams very nice guy but needs to work on his finance guy about customer relations and that’s just my opinion I’m just one person I’ll take my business elsewhere it’s all good More

I had been on a waiting list for 3 recalls at another Ram dealership for approximately 9 months. I got a letter from FCA basically asking why I hadn't had any of the recall repairs performed. I phoned them dealership for approximately 9 months. I got a letter from FCA basically asking why I hadn't had any of the recall repairs performed. I phoned them and told them that my local dealership had told me that they only receive 1 part per week, and that there was a long line for all 3 of these recalls. They told me that they would call as soon as they had a part to install on my vehicle. FCA suggested that I try Roger Williams in Weatherford Tx, which is about 20 miles from my home. They had 2 of the 3 recall parts in stock and were able to schedule an appointment within 3 days of my call. I was also able to schedule an oil change, and they made a repair to the seat base upholstery on my front seats. They were able to perform all the recall maintenance and the oil change and upholstery repair in 1 day. The service was excellent and I highly recommend this dealership for anyone needing repairs on their FCA vehicle. I am going to start using Roger Williams for all of my service needs on my 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie!!! More
