Whoever did the oil change on my truck did not tighten the drain plug. Fortunately I went home and did not drive my truck. The next day I went to check the mail and saw oil leaking from the drain plug. No the drain plug. Fortunately I went home and did not drive my truck. The next day I went to check the mail and saw oil leaking from the drain plug. Not good! On Monday I called the service dept. and spoke to Ron who sent a technician out to tighten the drain plug, top off oil and cleanup the driveway. More
