Katie was so helpful and patient as we were trying to figure out which truck we were going to go with, yours or another down the road. After the other sale went sour Katie went to bat to help us find a rebate that Ram said we were eligible for but wasn't showing up in your system. Times are tight so that extra $1000 and her service is what made the sale. We refuse to spend money where we aren't appreciated as a customer, no matter how bad we need the truck, so the other dealership missed out. We really appreciated the ride from the airport and Katie even checked on Kody to see how his drive home back to South Dakota was going and helped get the app set up.
