Over 2 hours for an oil change. (Just an oil change) Service broke the hood loop on the jeeps hood. I'm assuming because instead of using the hood prop, they leaned the hood all (Just an oil change) Service broke the hood loop on the jeeps hood. There was oil on the fender flares Didn't tell me my air filter was needing to be replaced. I just checked when I got home and bought one Didn't let me know my coolant was low. After checking when I got home I made an appointment with another dealership. Also my Jeep is a 6 cylinder and this oil change was $20 higher than a V8 half ton oil change I had done at the same dealership on 9/5/2024 More
