Allstate has a partnership with you for wrecks. FW Hwy wouldn’t take it cause all I had you do was alignment and send the wheel off. I paid for the alignment out of my pocket. When I went to pick up the Ram 1500, one lug nut wasn’t even finger tight. I also had to go back and get the front license plate bracket put on. Seems like the Vehicle Makeready crew were in a hurry. Someone hit me. Had to have alignment and wheel/stakes fixed. Fort Worth Hwy said I had to take it to Washington st. She wouldn’t let me have my truck until paid. WHI DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS??? You do I guess!!! So Allstate said I shouldn’t have paid for it as they have a set price!!!! If this is over the agreed upon price I want refunded the difference and I won’t be doing business with you again!!!!!! More

Well I went in with a truck that I bought from there and told them when I got it that I wanted all the emissions covered under warranty. Then I take my truck in with emissions problems and they not only cha told them when I got it that I wanted all the emissions covered under warranty.
