Friendly, worked out fine once all maintenance was completed. Had a two part visit, one was for routine maintenance and the second for warranty work after parts arrive a short time later. Everything worked out fine with exception of tire rotation. I paid for it on first visit but somehow did not get done even though paperwork said it did. Not a problem, was back for second visit for the warranty work and they said they will do it then. Picked up vehicle and didn’t check until I got home, amazingly, it wasn’t done again and had to return again to finally get it completed. On a side note, shop said they did it on a white ram so someone got their tires rotated without knowing! More

Didn't add any unnecessary cost to the cost of the vehicle. Showed me my options and what my monthly payment would be if I chose to add any of them on. The whole process was very easy, smooth and enjoyable. This was the easiest and most Stress Free car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I was in and out in about 2.5 hours.
