My car is in such good hands with the good people at Roger Jennings - Hillsboro. Everyone goes out of their way in everything they do! Ryan Patrick noticed that my car's clock was off. Ryan Patrick also took the time to tell me in detail about the repairs my car would undergo. Kenny wanted to set me up with a loaner car when my car was in the shop, but it wasn't necessary. It's just another way they show that they truly care about their customers! I will be a lifelong customer! More

While waiting for service to be completed, not one sales person, secretary, or any other person in the showroom area said hello or otherwise greeted m While waiting for service to be completed, not one sales person, secretary, or any other person in the showroom area said hello or otherwise greeted me, although three or four people walking around clearly saw me sitting there. Under previous management there was ALWAYS someone stopping to say hello and chat a bit or offer to show me the latest floor model. That always made me feel that I was valued as a customer. The relatively new management just doesn't get it, and I have one friend who was so miffed about the unfriendliness of the sales staff last December that he went to Litchfield to buy his new Chevy truck. Friendliness is EXTREMELY important in a small town, and this dealership definitely needs to improve. The Service department employees are always very friendly. More
