Returned to the dealership for our complimentary oil change on our 2017 Cadillac CTS. The service department personnel were wonderful. Even got a car wash. the service center is the main reason I have continued buying vehicles at the dealership... since they got rid of Josh Bray my salesman - I ended up telling Phil the manager of service dept that no one wa buying vehicles at the dealership... since they got rid of Josh Bray my salesman - I ended up telling Phil the manager of service dept that no one wanted to deal with me... so he got a hold of Gregg Bruckert and we were able to continue to do business but I have no one else touch my car but this service dept.. Josh has gone to another dealership but I keep coming back to this dealership for their service dept. More
