Horrible service, took my vehicle in for scheduled appointment, called at 430 to find out if it was repaired only to find out they never looked at it and never called to let me know. Scheduled another appointment and told the service advisor the the A/C was blowing intermittently and the last time this happened it was the resister under the dash, $1,200 later went to pick up the vehicle and the air was not working. Tech told advisor that I could bring it back on Monday, took it in and found out the advisor called in sick and no one else knew anything, was told they would get it in and call later to let me know why ac wasn’t working. Day 2 and I still have not gotten a call. More

VERY DISSAPOINTING PLACE TO DO BUSINESS Today I decided to nip my transmission troubles in the butt and buy a used car. I found one I liked online and inquired. the internet manager called me and i decided to nip my transmission troubles in the butt and buy a used car. I called one of my credit card companies and they offered to give me a great rate on my card that matched or beat the percentage rate at any dealership in the area. which means I wouldn't have to go through the approval process and I could get through the business office process faster. I went to ROGER DEAN CHEVROLET IN CAPE CORAL and met with the internet manager. They offered what I needed on my trade and I was ready to rock. then I was notified that they do not take credit cards for over 3 grand but he was sure he could get it done but had to get authorization. he had to leave early for the day and the GM had to call Roger Dean the owner to get the authorization so I left with instructions to be back tomorrow morning to wrap up the deal. after being home a little while the internet manager called me and said the company refused to use a credit card for the sale. feeling like I wanted to say go jump in a lake I kept cool and said ask them if they will let me pay with my credit card if I offer to pay the 3.5% that THEIR credit card company charges and call me back. he called back and said they still decline to do business with a customer using a credit card for over 3 grand. Can you imagine being rich enough to be that much of a JERK and let a customer buy elsewhere for a little over a $300 credit card processing fee and to be even more of a JERK and still say no even when I offered to pay it. More
If you're in the market for a new car avoid this place like the plague. They do not honor General Motors Warranty and they are Professional Liars. I took my 2012 GMC Terrain for a recall and after A half hour they call me telling me that the timing chain had to be replace an that motor had no oil. I fully intended to buy a different make, a used car, at another dealership, but in usual fashion, my husband wanted that least visit Chevy before making a purchase. Cue my visit to Roger Dean and introduct another dealership, but in usual fashion, my husband wanted that least visit Chevy before making a purchase. Cue my visit to Roger Dean and introduction to Vinny. I explained my situation and what I (thought I) wanted to look at. Vinny asked thoughtful, no pressure questions just trying to get a lay of the land and in the 35 mins-1 hr I was there he was kind, patient, actively listened to me, got to know me, and did not put any pressure...but without making me feel unimportant knowing I was likely to buy this other vehicle. Needless to say, I raved about Vinny and my experience to my husband and the next day my husband visited and came away with a great impression too. We ended up buying a brand new car from Roger Dean....all because of the experience. We would definitely return! More
