While washing the next day my wife found two chips in the engine hood, a dent on the driver side hood, and the wheel clear coat damaged. This was obvious shipping damage, The chips are in the middle of the hood on opposite sides same spacing, and there was no inclement weather to warrant the hood dent. (We do have pictures with timestamps) My Wife returned on Monday and felt that she was disregarded when speaking to the salesperson, hinting at road damage. I spoke with the new car sales GM Jeff on 03/15 he assured me that he would contact me to arrange an appointment for no-cost repairs with a loaner while our car was being repaired. On 04/12/22, I received a call that our license plates were in and were mailed to us, (keep in mind we have heard nothing regarding the vehicle damage to date) The temporary plate did not have any protection on the back of the cardboard which resulted in the bumper being scratched from the staples. On 04/22/22 I received a call from James Brewer following up on our new car buying experience, I explained about the damage and total disregard in which we were treated, James knew nothing about the car damage and assured me that he would follow up, James did follow up,. My wife dropped off the car in 04/27, I received a text the same day stating that the screws on the license plate were antitheft and they could not be removed without a special tool, (they are normal hex screws) My wife dropped off the tool to remove the screws on 04/28. On 04/29 I received a call that the car was ready for pick up. when my wife arrived at the dealership the wrong paint color was used on the engine hood, the driver side hood dent was not repaired, the license plate cover was in the front passenger seat, different screws were used on the rear plate, and the wheel damage was worse than the original damage, Obviously, we did not except the car. It's now 05/15, We have not heard a thing back from Mazda since 04/29 no update on repairs NOTHING! We have emailed weekly asking for updates no replies, left voice messages with Mr. Brewer, but again no response. I Understand that people are busy but not even a courtesy call with an update is unacceptable, This is a brand new car and that we received damaged, and would like to have it repaired as soon as possible, the impression" we made the sale, let's hope they go away" comes to mind. I hope that is not the case. An odometer reading was taken when we dropped off our car with 1,582 miles, now the car has 1,622 miles. Not understanding why our car was driven 40 miles? We now have a 2021 CX-5 loaner received with a "service due soon" light now a warning light comes on with "service past due" the thing is a gas hog that needs to be filled up weekly. More
I bought a certified pre-owned 2109 CX-5 in mid 2020, with just under 15K miles. Very happy with the car and the purchase experience. I had looked at their website to see what inventory was available a with just under 15K miles. Very happy with the car and the purchase experience. I had looked at their website to see what inventory was available and called to schedule a test drive of this car. They had it ready when I got there, and since I was paying cash, the whole transaction was over relatively quickly. I have had it in for service a few times and they do a great job. One cool thing they do is send you a video of the tech going over what he has done and gives you an updated on what they are finding, like tread depth, brake thickness, status of belts and other things. I have been very pleased with the car and the dealership. I recommend Roger Beasley Mazda of Georgetown to anyone interested in a pleasant and competent overall experience. More
I named my car "Teddy Roosevelt" because it rides rough.. This dealership claims they could not find an A/C problem or pulling to left.. That because they never drove the car to test the issues..The car is This dealership claims they could not find an A/C problem or pulling to left.. That because they never drove the car to test the issues..The car is noisy, the seats are hard.. I do realize that my choice of cars could account for noise and rough riding, but the service issue are not a result of me making the choice of the wrong car., More
We had a great experience. We drove into the lot just looking and the salesman, Bob Amazeen, helped us from there. He was great, we haggled with our sale but got to where we wanted and actually had fun looking and the salesman, Bob Amazeen, helped us from there. He was great, we haggled with our sale but got to where we wanted and actually had fun doing it. We had our son with us and he was restless throughout the whole process. Everyone that worked at the dealership was kind to him and it made our time there much better. At the end of it all we drove off with our "new" Cx-5 that was freshly detailed in the time we were sitting inside doing the finances and paperwork. There is a mark/dent/spot on the hood we are getting fixed there, hoping we are satisfied with their work again. Glad we found this dealership on a whim and impressed with how organized they were and quickly they worked. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda, they have so many cars in stock and are transparent with free Car-fax reports available on all the vehicles and really listen to what you want and are looking for. Killed Georgetown, TX. Don’t do it..go somewhere else! 1st car in 2018 the service dept overfilled oil by 2 liters and killed my catalytic converter. Killed it. Fast forward to 2021, I’ve had this turbo carbon edition for less than 2 months and already having electrical issues. TWICE! Twice in one month and the GM didn’t car much to help me the first time i went in about it. Said it would neverrrrrr happen again, called it a fluke. Well here I am again. Electrical not working. I do not feel safe and I want my 20K back that i put down. More
From the start it was perfect for me. I love doing independent research so the website was laid out in a way that I really understood what the car offers and what it looks like. Then the scheduling of independent research so the website was laid out in a way that I really understood what the car offers and what it looks like. Then the scheduling of a test drive from the website just was another level up! I am a scheduler so that worked perfectly. Then arriving the day to test drive, I was driving the car within 10 minutes from arrival. Rick was the perfect consultant for me. Gave me enough information about the car to know what to expect and look out for on my drive and then let me drive on my own! That says a lot about the confidence in the car...it sells itself. I am a diligent buyer so I checked out another car but the Mazda had everything I wanted and the type of people I want to work with. I came back, test drove again and then bought the car for me. I am confident in my purchase but also thankful for the relationship I have formed with Rick. I will continue to appreciate my car more-and-more because of his robust knowledge and willingness to serve. More

If you want to buy a car that last more than TWO years , DONT buy one from the Roger Beasley Mazda Dealership !!!! You have been WARNED!!I bought a vehicle from the company in late 2017. I needed to get i DONT buy one from the Roger Beasley Mazda Dealership !!!! You have been WARNED!!I bought a vehicle from the company in late 2017. I needed to get it service for some work since my engine light came only to find out that went back on the 5 year extended insurance plan that they promise me!!! I even had a contract for it. When I bought the vehicle the dealer (that there SUPPOSE to train)told me I had 5 years from 2017 for the warranty on my car. I told the Roger dealership that and even provided a CONTRACT for it. They told me that they will not honor it and it was five years from the in-service date that they LISTED on the contact. The company FAILED to put a In-service date on my contract, so me (listening to this “trained” dealer) took his word from saying that the warranty last 5 years from the day I purchase the car. Now a Customer who has never been late or missed a payment since I bought the car is now forced to find a different car. Please STAY AWAY from this company. They do not train people properly and lie just to get your money..I would give them zero stars if I could. I will also to post to other sites to warn other customers about their DECEITFUL behavior!!!! More
