I should have said in the review, this is our second CX-5. The first is a 2016 ( @ 122K) and it is still going strong!

We strive to make every customer experience as transparent and pleasant as possible. We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication that you may have experienced with the purchase of your 2021 Ford Ranger. We offered to repair the truck, return and cancel the purchase, or trade you into another vehicle. Once senior management was notified, we reached a mutual agreement for you to return the truck and cancel the purchase. We also reimbursed you for all related expenses that you incurred while the Ford Ranger was in your possession. Unfortunately, our insurance will not allow our service loaners to be loaned to customers unless the customer's car is in our service department.
