Bought a used car, good experience I searched for a long time to find the 4-year old model with options and mileage I wanted. Roesch Ford was quite a distance away, but i had a good experience. Salesperson Osmin Balderrama found out what i wanted and answered questions honestly. there was no attempt to sell me on a newer of more expensive car, and no undue pressure. for service contracts, etc. That by itself will bring me back, even if I have to drive from Indiana. Such a crying shame the good deal I thought I was getting had a hidden agenda. The Taurus I purchased was a demo, that was previously being driven by the service manager's assistant. So when i gave my new car its first wash and waxing a couple weeks after purchase. I started noticing all kinds of paint flaws from shoddy bodywork. So I immediately brought car back to dealer to have them look at it. Well it turns out that this new car I purchased was involved in some kind of in house accident at either dealership, transportation to dealer or Ford plant mishap. Whatever happened I will probably never know. Roesch Ford is now playing Stupid. So now the dealership and Ford customer service will only allow for car to be repainted and repaired under the factory warranty. I told them this is totally unacceptable. I didn't buy a new car to have to get a new paint job on it immediately after purchase That could lead to more problems in the future with car. I learned a valuable lesson though. Even when buying a supposed new car, you need to look car over thoroughly in the proper lighting. Why car dealerships have to be so dishonest I'll never know. So now I will have to file lawsuit in order to hopefully get Roesch Ford and or Ford Motor company to do the right thing and replace car. Word to the Wise, Stay away from Roesch Ford. Economy is bad and these people are desperate to stick it in your rear end any way they can. They have been given the chance to right this wrong for 2 months now. Their system is desighed to hinder, thwart and frustrate a customer from getting anywhere with all the horse manure they shovel at you. DON'T GO HERE! More

Not a pushy guy, allowed me time to breathe and make an informed decision. The whole buying process was about as easy as it could be. I would recommend working with Roesch if you want an actual pleasant experience buying a car. More

A mechanich named Luis said that Ford doesn't give a xxxx about customers. They were very disrespectful, unprofesional and very rude. The lack of knowledge in these people is a big problem, I asked to talk to the manager, but never got assisted ,will be making formal complaints on monday, and I also got an open case with ford motor co. Please be aware of this place, I will never recommend it to anybody. More

Roesch had advertised a good discounted price and Ford had an additional discount if you financed anew car with them on a select few new car models in inventory. After a day of consideration I decided I didn't need a new car as I simply don't drive as much as I use too. So I looked again on their web-site and found a 2016 C-Max the had a reasonable asking price on the car. I returned to the dealership contacted Patryk, who had shown me the new car the day before and ask to see the used car. Having been in field sales all my life, working as a salesman, sales manager, district manager and small business owner I can honestly say this guy works very hard to turn prospects into customers. He addresses any concerns right away and does a good job at managing the resources available at Roesch Ford to make sure they follow through with any issues you may have. In regards to the business part of the transaction; The finance manager's job is to finance the car and to sell the customers things like extended warranties, and to offer credit life insurance etc. Some of these folks can get a little over bearing, but as a buyer of many new cars over the years you learn to expect this. He promoted the products in a business like fashion and respected my decisions and moved on with the paper work at each point in the process. Everything was well organized and explained. We were given ample time to review the documents and felt no pressure to sign anything. More
Regret buying from this dealer 1. I only received one key for the $15k car I just purchased. That makes no sense at all. I purchased a Ford vehicle, at a Ford dealer but yet they 1. I only received one key for the $15k car I just purchased. That makes no sense at all. I purchased a Ford vehicle, at a Ford dealer but yet they couldn't bother making a second key and now I have to purchase one on my own, at my own expense. What really bothered me about that exchange is that the salesman Nick Lach was not upfront as a salesmen to tell me that was the case. Because that would have also played a roll in the negotiation. Instead he told me I can come in on a Wednesday and have their guy make one for me for around $120 after we had already closed on the deal. 2. They don't even fill your 'used' cars with half a tank of gas. Another thing that shows their dealer does not care about customers unless they are purchasing a brand new vehicle. The vehicle I traded had a little over half a tank, so I lost out on that. 3. Even though I came in, in the morning while the dealer was not at all busy the manager could not be bothered to come over and even introduce himself to me. That is something that every other dealership I had gone to for test drives did, even though I wasn't even buying a car from them. Perhaps your manager that was on shift at the time didn't feel I was worth the time. 4. I also have to bring the car back in to have the door handle repair on an IOU. Something that should have been fixed prior to the car even being put on the lot. Which tells me that the dealer was hoping the person that purchased the car wouldn't notice it, so the dealer wouldn't have to fix it. So I'll be bringing the car back in over the weekend to waste more of my time to get it fixed. **UPDATE** After 3 weeks of emails to the dealership and calls to the main number that I was told to call in my response to this yelp review I got nowhere, not even a response. So I went to Ford directly to explain my issues with the dealership and they assured me they'd pass on my comments. It took another week or so, but I got a call from my salesman Nick who said, 'what do you want me to do with all these emails?' apparently he got the short straw and had to actually contact me. The dealer did end up giving me a 2nd key to my vehicle under the condition I would update my reviews of them. More
